FILM 160: Define a Space

A plain white hall with fluorescent light on the ceiling. A door at the end of the hall with a red “exit” sign catching your attention instantly. It evokes a feeling of a suspense, a horror, a chase, or an uneasy and confusing situation. The hall gives you a sense of a negative vibe like something uncertain is about to happen. This will be the main plot of the story. 

One challenge that could come across while shooting would be people walking around, as it is a public place, and that could ruin the film. Other than that, it would be very exciting to play with the lights to add a “thriller/chiller” energy. The additional doorways could also act as additional dimensions
